Affordable compass watch great display
This watch seems well made & durable (something I was very surprised at for the price)! It is 5cm in diameter, quite large but not massively bulky. The display is just exceptional! Extremely readable large digits & even day, date & month viewable together (which is very rare). Despite it's compass function, I'd recommend this watch for anyone who has poor vision.

The compass seems to work well & is very easy to calibrate & set the declination. In compass mode, North is indicated by one of the LCD lines around the edge. The bearing is displayed where the date would usually be. Personally I'd have preferred 'compass mode' to have taken over the larger 'time' digits.

Display Color:
That shocking vivid green pictured above (described as 'all day glow') is actually a highly reflective green filter on the LCD. At some angles it will appear to glow as in the above picture but usually it is a more subdued green, as pictured in the Silva version.

Branding:
I've seen the Silva version advertised at over twice the price of this one. The Silva watch is often described as being 'Backed by Silva's 60 year outdoor heritage'. They are the same watch, obviously made by a Chinese company with a space left on the case for other companies to stick their brands.

Overall:
Extremely pleased with this. I bought it more for the large exceptionally clear display than for the compass function. I tried out some of the Suunto models in a local store but surprisingly none seemed as nice a design as this.
