SPENCO® POLYSORB® Cross Trainer Replacement Insoles (Womens 5/6)

I've tried several insoles and this is by far the best, especially for running, but also for work shoes. Light years ahead of Dr. Scholls insoles. If there is a better insole, I haven't heard of it.

For someone who constantly suffers from joint and back pain, these inserts were a god-send. Coupled with a nice pair of Asics, I've been able to run 4 days a week for almost 3 months now. If you have joint problems, get these, you won't regret it.
