Superfeet BERRY Trim to Fit Insoles for Women, (B) Womens 4.5 - 6

I love these superfeet insoles! They are sturdy and offer great support. You might need to break into them before you go running with them, so just walk around with them for a day or two. I typically wear asics and once the arch supports start wearing down, I pop in a pair of these.
I've owned the asics gel-kayano14 for about two months now and already feel that I need to insert one of these soon.
I wear size 9-9.5, size D it is!

I purchased these on advice of a footwear professional primarily for arch support. The 1st day I wore them I noticed minimal improvement over the insoles that were shipped with my shoes, mostly these have more cushioning. Straight out of the arch support wasn't worth $40 (what I paid for them at a retail location).

The 2nd day I wore them (and 3rd, and 4th), there was NO difference. The pain returned full force, and I was almost immobilized by my aching arches after roughly 3 hours on my feet. The $20 drug store insoles I've bought in the past were more effective, and the cushioning for more than 1 day.

This was the 1st and LAST time I'll buy anything from this manufacturer.

I wear a 7.5 regular width and the size C fits in all my sneakers and sport shoes. I would need to trim them for more narrow dress shoes. I used to have the blue color Superfeet in my running sneakers. The berry is much more comfortable. There's a nice cushy spot that cradles the ball of your feet. I have an average arch on one foot and a high arch on the other. The arch support is much better for me than the lower arch insoles that come with my other shoes. The insoles have helped me revive some older sneakers and shoes that just didn't give me enough arch support or cushioning.

I placed the new Superfett Berry insoles in my hiking boots and noticed a definite improvement in support and comfort. These are designed specifically for a woman's foot, which makes them a better fit.
