Logitech S220 2.1 Speaker System

These speakers are impressive, especially for the price. When I received the package, the box was a lot smaller than I expected. These speakers are compact. I bought these speakers to replace dieing 2.1 speakers that came with an old Dell desktop 5 years ago. I plugged these babies in and WHAM. The sound is amazing compared to the old set. It is much fuller and packs a heavier punch. The volume control module is very convenient, although it could be heavier, as the wires pull it all over the place.

Overall, worth the money. Hopefully these last me a while.

These speakers are a really great value. Low price and the sound quality is very good. The sub woofer also works great. Good for a dorm room where you can't turn the volume up super load... The speakers are great at low to mid sound range, but they do lack the punch for higher volume.

I am glad I purchased the S220 2.1 system to replace a set of older JBL speakers. The separate on/off switch w/volume control, which I have placed on my desk, is very handy. Well worth the money for an inexpensive set of speakers.

these speakers sound great. turns my pc into a stereo and home theater. great value for the price. i would reccomend.

I came from a set of $80 speakers, so take my review in that light.

My first impression was that the mids were lacking and overall the sound was pretty flat. After a bit of tweaking of the EQ in my media player, it sounds pretty decent, but I can tell the quality is a bit lower than my other speakers. I'm not sure I like the detached volume control; I'd prefer it on the main speakers, but that's not that big of a deal. You can crank them pretty well too. I think they sound better when they are louder (but doesn't anything?).

For what I paid for these I am happy with them. I would imagine they are a big improvement from any stock set.
