Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer with Advanced Omron Health Management Software

I now am the owner of four different Pedometer's. My most recent purchase is the Omron pocket Pedometer. This pedometer can tell the difference between walking steps and aeorobic steps. Best pedometer I have ever owned. Also, it came with the downloadable disc to see your progress on your computor. EXCELLENT.

I agree that this is a great pedometer with great easy to use software. I find that any mini usb cable works with it, if the one that comes with it is misplaced. It is motivational and fun... accurate as well.

The Omron HJ-720ITC pedometer has been an asset in helping to monitor physical activity as an aid to controlling my diabetes. Walking every day has helped me lower my need for insulin. The software that came with the meter is easy to use and provides useful information in a graphical format that allows me to set goals and motivates me to keep improving.
