Garmin nüvi 660 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator

Used the Garmin for the first time and did an excellent job alerting us early for turns, street names, and detours.

Awesome product! GPS for me, simply awesome, I get lost every where I go. Thanks to my future hubby, I now can get to appointments, garage sales and meetings w/out getting lost everytime.

This unit could not seem to aquire satellites in less than several minutes, sometimes not at all. This would occur in areas where the Nuvi 360 I already had (and gave to a family member) could immediatly get signal. Might have just been a lemon, I'm going to get another 360 and save $100.

Even though its a little dated, I purchased this GPS because I didn't need the MSN traffic services or any of the new features on the latest GPS.

This is one awesome GPS. I updated the maps (free) and the OS. I had previously owned a HK 510 GPS and this system just blows it away with its accuracy, ease of use and effectiveness. I'm very pleased with the system. I have yet to encounter any issues with the system or its accuracy (I live in the West Coast).

So my advice is:
If you don't need all the new bells and whistles (which most people don't), this GPS is a hell of deal (it was priced at 700+ when released).

This is my first GPS. I really like it for its functionality, ease of use.
it showing maps and directions correctly. it anouncing street names too.
Though it has many other functions, I didnt use them.
I would recomend this product.
