Garmin nüvi 660 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator

What I love about my GPS:
- easy (very easy) to setup and use
- Hands free calling using Bluetooth capability
- FM transmitter: will push out voice prompts via FM to your car stereo. The traffic alert is also amazing! It prompts you about traffic jam ahead, any accident, weather condition, etc. Unbelievable the difference bet. before and after owning a GPS w/ traffic alert.
- I can download any good book and/or newspaper of the day from Audible.com and hear them in my way to work. By the way, other sounds are muted when voice directions are spoken.
- the NUVI 660 has a big screen and this is a real asset making the maps very readable with a choice of 3D or 2D (depending on occasion you can switch the screen with O-N-E touch!). The street names are legible and important information such as the next crossing street or the next turn is displayed clearly at the top of the screen. Light and elegant design with a classy silver color. It comes with their own case so I didn't even need to bother buying one.

Summary: The NUVI 660 was 100% worth the price I paid for it. I had a choice of buying the latest model but after comparing the new features I realized that I don't need anything else but a reliable GPS that brings me from point A to B.

Well, I have used for approx. 3 months and I'm very pleased with my new toy. I would recommend to anyone who needs the GPS for their main use as GPS :)) To the nerds looking for a GPS this might not be your choice. Try the Knight Rider GPS with original K.I.T.T voice. :))

Pros: Bluetooth, easy to update, speaker on unit gets loud.

Cons: Arrived with an incomplete car charger that fell apart when inserted in the 12v socket. Several emails later and I shipped it back to Garmin. They sent a replacement 2weeks after that.

I recently bought this gps for my wife, she loves it. The navigation options are simple, the traffic feature is useful in the NYC area, and also the bluetooth is a great feature that she uses often. This GPS aquires its bearings very quickly and maps out the routes super fast. There was a slight issue when the car charger broke, but Garmin resolved that by sending out replacement parts quickly.... I would buy this again!

A great little machine overall, but the maps are often out of date. This was supposed to be shipped with the most current maps but much is off. It thinks my address is located at my neighbor's house about a half block down the road, & some public locations just aren't in the system. Despite this, I love the product. 4 Stars
