The ones I purchased online appear to have clumps of chemicals inside them instead. I can only guess that the heat during delivery has changed their chemical composition and they no longer are effective.

Please be aware that this drug says on the packaging that it should not be exposed to temps above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. May want to keep that in mind when ordering.

If you don't change your diet, you'll regret it. If you pop one before downing a Big Mac, you better have a spare pair of pants.(No, I didn't do that.) Even eating something with low fat can cause gastrointestinal distress. If you have stomach or intestinal problems, your better off not using this. I never had any of the accidents some other people have had, but I can see how it could happen. I lost weight, but was able to do the same with a better diet and more exercise. It was OK, but not worth the money.
