Alli Weight-Loss Aid, Orlistat 60mg Capsules, 120-Count Refill Pack

I started taking Alli a month before I was supposed to leave for vacation. I did have the oily discharge, but only when I went to the bathroom. Only once did I have it when I passed gas. I DIDN'T CHANGE MY DIET, NOR MY EXERCISE ROUTINE. I lost about 10 pounds with Alli that month. I did not take the pill while I was on vacation and the oily discharge stopped two days after I had taken my last pill. I love this pill and have recommended it to my friends who are looking for something to help them drop a few pounds.

I purchased Alli from Amazon and have been on it for almost 2 weeks. I am following the recommended calorie and fat guidelines and have lost 5 pounds. Side effects have been minimal and only when I eat high fat foods. I love Alli because it makes me think about what I eat as to avoid the unpleasant side effects.

Before I tried Alli I heard about the negative side effects and started to change my mind. What I like about the product is it has
help be to be aware of the fat you put in your body on a daily bases. I have not lost many pounds at all, but I have lost inches which
is a good thing. If I over eat fat, I feel good knowing I will get rid of it the extra fat I took in. I only take 1 or 2 tablets a day normally. You plan ahead with protection accordingly to avoid any accidents. Yes, there is a greasy oily feel from the affects, but all you have to do is
use bath soap and wash immediately and it gets rid of the greasy oily feeling. If you mess up your clothing just pour Hydrogen Peroxide Solution right onto the clothing and it takes out the stain and smell before washing. I reccommend it for people like me who had no
ideal of all the fats we put in our bodies. I am more aware of what I eat and how often I eat which is a good thing. I have a
slow Metabolism along with a disability that affects me from doing hard Cardio exercies. I can see and feel a difference in my body mass but not the scale. "I am happy with that" and hope eventually the pounds will start to go as well. I will give it a few more months to see if I will remain on it long term. I rated it 3 stars because I am still trying the product out. I hope this information will be helpful to someone.

Citizen's Health Research Group, "while it is not
known whether these pre-cancerous lesions will lead to
colon cancer, he and other cancer experts do not
believe use of the weight-loss drug is a risk worth
taking." I agree! I would rather find other ways to
lose weight than risk my life taking Alli!
