Alli has been absolutely terrific!! I've been using it since 6/15/08 and have lost a total of 25 lbs. as of today, 8/31/08. I haven't had any of the treatment effects that they speak of, but I do follow it very closely. That is to say, I'm not always perfect either, but I definitely do limit how often I splurge. I don't think anyone should totally give up what they love to eat, but you have to be sensible about it too. If you go for healther versions of what you love, you'll be fine and on occasion have that not so healthy thing so you don't feel deprived. Good luck to everyone who tries Alli. I'm definitely going to keep this going. Its the best product I've ever tried!!

This is a wonderful help in losing unwanted weight. It also has the advantage of reducing cholesterol as 20% of the intake of fat is flushed out of the system. One also has to cut back on the fatty foods and use common sense. It may, in the beginning, cause the bowel to be loose but the body does adjust itself. A great Alli.

The reviews on ALLI seemed favorable so I gave it a shot. It didn't work all that well for me. It made me feel less guilty about eating certain foods but it also worked to make me more aware of how many foods I should avoid. It's an aid, not a cure.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND FIND IT WORKS WELL ONLY IF YOU USE IT IN CONJUNCTION WITH A LOW FAT DIET. THE TREATMENT EFFECTS ARE NOT PLEASANT. USE WISELY.

The "TEs" are there if you eat more than the recommended amount fat. I have never had a loss of control, but when I go to the bathroom, I can see the effects of what I have eaten and it is oddly comforting. It makes you think, "if that came out, and it is only 25%, what stayed??!!!" So, therefore, I think that it is a great product.
