Alli Weight-Loss Aid, Orlistat 60mg Capsules, 120-Count Refill Pack

This product is a wonderful weight loss aid - I have lost 41 pounds in 7 months (and is much cheaper on Amazon than it is in the stores)!! You DO have to include diet and exercise (but anything that tells you that you don't is either lying, unhealthy or both)! Here is what Alli does for you:
1. It burns away 1/4 of the fat that you eat without any stimulant

2. It makes you lose 50% more weight than you would on your own (so if you were going to lose 10lbs you lose 15lbs instead!

3. It has no stimulants that can damage your heart and make you shaky and unstable - those are very bad for you.

4. Alli is the ONLY weight loss OTC drug that is FDA approved - meaning they know that it is proven and safe!

If you are just starting out I would recommend the starter kit because it includes some great extra goodies (like a case to carry the pills with you when you are on the go and some books that help to get you started).

There are a few warnings to give:
1. If you eat too much fat (more than 15g of fat per meal depending on the person maybe you could eat more but probably shouldn't since you are dieting anyway) YOU WILL GET ILL THE NEXT DAY. But I like to see it as a deterrent - it keeps you from over binging. If you really want something, I like using a one bite rule. Just take one bite - get that wonderful taste in your mouth - and move on to your healthier meal. It is hard but it is definitely worth it! (If you do know of a special occasion where you want to eat really fancy fatty food make sure you don't take the medicine for about 4 days before)

2. Start eating healthy about a week prior to starting the program so you don't have any residual fat just to make sure you don't get sick.

3. IT IS ONLY AN AID! You have to be ready to eat right and exercise or your progress will be minimal at best.

The side effects sound scary but are most definitely worth it if you have weight to lose and want something to accompany diet and exercise! It has worked for many friends and family - the best for those who are truly dedicated to an exercise program.

I have been on the Alli plan for months and it is a lifesaver. I have never had a problem with treatment effects or anything like people say you will. The only way that happens is if you don't follow the specific instructions to this new way of life. Optimum weight loss, simple plan, and cheaper than most other do-it-yourself weight loss regimens.

Alli is the best weight loss aid I have ever tried. I highly reccomend trying it.

I bought this product from another retailer, not Amazon. I used it religiously for 3 months. At first, I did have the oily discharge and more frequent bowel movements as I use to when I was prescribed Orlistat along with phentermine from my weight loss doctor.I lost 12 lbs the first month. However, after the first bottle, I no longer got the oily discharge nor did I lose a single pound, in fact the last month I used Alli I gained back 6 lbs. However, like one user stated, I became suspicious because of the results I was getting.I opened a couple of capsules that seemed lighter than others and found they were empty. I thought perhaps they somehow spilled into the bottom of the bottle, but there was no residue in the bottle. I took the last bottle of Alli back to the retailer and showed them the empty capsules and got my money back. Beware that this product may contain a few empty capsules and, as far as Im concerned,may contain powder that may not be the real Orlistat or may not be a full 60mg. This is my opinion, not fact, because I cannot analize the contents.If my guess is right, someone may be mimicking this product and packaging it as the real product, or the manufacturer of this product is not keeping quality control on how much product each capsule contains.I can tell you that I got a bottle that contained a few empty capsules and did not work like the first bottle I purchased. Unless you had a chemical analysis of the content of the other capsules how would you know what they actually contain or how much they actually contain if the powder is real?Is it a full 60mg capsule?I'm giving it 3 stars only because it actually worked for me the first month I used it.

Alli makes sure you understand the product and what it has to offer. I have followed the plan and limited my fat and calorie intake and have lost 27 pounds in 4 1/2 months! It has been simple (nothing is easy) and I will continue to use Alli until I have lost all the weight I need to loose.
