Alli Weight-Loss Aid, Orlistat 60mg Capsules, 120-Count Refill Pack

It seems like most of the "treatment effects" people using Alli have are smelly/oily farts and explosive diarrhea. I have the opposite problem: constipation! I'm 5'5" and in the upper 140s. I only want to lose 15 (maybe 20) pounds. I'm following the directions and taking a capsule before meals with fat. Most of the time, I get around 15 grams of fat per meal, though occasionally I have more than 15 grams of fat in a meal. I even "tested" the capsules with half a pint of Ben a Jerry's Chubby Hubby ice cream (which has at least 40 grams of fat). I also broke down and had some Taco Bell the other day and took an Alli capsule beforehand and braced myself for the worst...nothing!

I rarely feel the urge to "go", and when I do, it's like rabbit pellets. I've been drinking a ton of water and eating fiber to try help things along, to no avail. What's even weirder is that I'm losing weight! 3-4 pounds so far, and I've been taking Alli for less than a week. I also exercise by walking a few miles most days of the week, so I'm sure that's helping. But 3 pounds since 5/22 is an awful lot. I'll take it though :)

I really don't understand how it's working (since I'm all "backed up" even after eating Chubby Hubby and Taco Bell), but who knows, maybe the treatment effects will "catch up" to me next week!

I read alot of reviews on Alli before trying them.
So many women gave up in them because of the side effects. I learned that you only get the side effects when you pig out!! And they are not as bad a people made them out to be. I still take Alli when I decide to pig out. I have never experienced the oily fart.Yeah, I know that's gross. But anyway I have been taking Alli for 2 months and so far, I have lost 22 pounds. I would have lost more but I do not exercise (at all)!! I love Alli and will definately keep using them!!!

Alli didn't make me lose weight all on its own, but it did allow me to eat pretty much what I wanted without gaining weight. I think this product would be a good addition to a diet/exercise program for those wanting to lose weight. Or you could just take the pill by itself, go ahead and eat that steak, etc, and keep your current weight.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to take and how you really do adjust your diet. I recommend Alli and this seller.

This is a product that I have used before. However, buying it on Amazon is more cost efficient. The delivery was excellent.
