This Thing is an Expensive Junk Show
A friend did some research and the industry reviews said best of market for this thing. Well in the real world, junk. I bought a cheap Plantronics and it did the job clearer, better and with a better fit, largely due to the better design.

Surprised
I have never been happier with an earphone. After reading some of the reviews I was kind of leery, but I was also desperate. I needed something that would cut out the background noise in my work environment, so I could talk and participate in a series of conference calls.
My work environment has racks of computers with multiple fans and a large air conditioner. A lot of times people can hear the background noise and on a conference call I'm sure this would be rather annoying.
I tested a couple of times with friends and they couldn't tell I was in the computer room. In fact some of those that I called thought I was on a late lunch or something since they couldn't hear the background noise. During the first conference call I checked with a friend and they said they couldn't hear anything other than my voice.
Like others I had problems with readjusted the headset. You press on the top and you hang up, so you have to be careful about this. For the most part though it doesn't require readjustment, it just takes some getting used to have it on your ear if your not used to having an earphone in.
The other concern was whether it would stay on. I can recall only once where I ran into a problem and it just didn't seem to want to stay put. This is one of the times I hung up on a caller, while readjusting it. I'm also a big guy so this may be one of the reasons why I never ran into a problem with the mic not touching my cheek.
So if they could fix the way you hang up on phone calls this would be perfect, but for the most part I just put it on and I'm set.
Four stars because they have a flaw in their design that should be easy to fix and should have been picked up during user testing.

Jawbone II, Bluetooth Earpiece
Best Bluetooth earpiece I've had... out of 5 different manufacturers in the past 6 years.
Noise cancellation is great... I can still be heard in my convertible with the top down!

Great, but...
The sound quality is *very* good, but only if you set it up and use it correctly. Not crazy about the controls; too easy to actuate them when you don't mean to, like when you are adjusting it in your ear, in the middle of a call in progress--it's too easy to hang up! Mine came without a medium-sized earbud. I almost sent the unit back because I couldn't get it to work right, until I realized I only had large and small earbuds. I contacted the company, and they did send me a medium one (no charge); now it works well. Also, you have to wear it correctly. The front part *must* be touching your face, and I have a beard, which makes it difficult; if not, the other party has trouble understanding you.

Overall good, but only if you understand you have to fiddle with it to make it work right.

Sound, design, efficiency-Jawbone excels!
I found my new Jawbone after a grueling day....it was in place in my ear, of course, but so light and unobtrusive that I forgot I was wearing it until my girlfriend called, and her voice clear and sweet reminded me what a terrific piece of technology this is!
